As they arrive at school each morning, children and families are greeted by a member of staff at the front of school. Children are allowed into school from 8.40am in preparation for a prompt start to the school day at 8.50am.
Morning and afternoon sessions begin with registration. Although we always take care to ensure the safety of our children we cannot accept any responsibility for children before or after school hours. If you normally collect your child and are delayed please telephone school to enable us to ensure his/her safety. It is vital that children are in school on time so that they have a smooth start to the day.
Reception-Year 6
8.50am – Start of the day (to include registration)
10.45am – 11.00 am – Break time
12.00pm – Lunch
1.00pm – Afternoon session begins
2.30pm – 2:45pm – Afternoon Break (Byland)
2.55pm – Collective Worship Monday-Thursday
2.45pm – Celebration Assembly (Fridays only) – everyone welcome
3.15pm – End of the school day
